FAQ
1. What exactly am I investing in?
Agriculture, tourism, and real estate.
Project 1 — Freshie Farm Uganda A large-scale agricultural project is being operated on 5,000 acres of land under a 99-year lease in the Kapelebyong District of Uganda. Currently, there are 800 sheep, with this year’s target being 2,000 cattle and 3,000 sheep. Fish farming will be piloted this year in a 1.5-acre pond.
Project 2 — Upper Nile Pyramid Resort & Halal Chain On 9 acres of land on the banks of the Nile in Pakwach, next to Murchison Falls National Park, the first pyramid-themed halal safari lodge is being built — land payment is complete. The long-term goal is to build a chain of halal resorts with distinct themes in Kenya, Zanzibar, Arusha, Bwindi, and Rwanda, becoming East Africa’s first halal tourism brand.
Project 3 — Real Estate Rentals Building a foundation of steady income through rental businesses by purchasing properties in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Nairobi, Pakwach, and Kampala.
Investment Structure Across all three projects, there are 15,000 shares in total, each priced at $1,070. Total fund target: $17 million.
Lock-in period: 3 years. We’ll start distributing the profits from 2028
Every year, 50% of the profits from all projects will be distributed to investors in proportion to their shares.
In 2050, after the entire brand and assets are sold, investors will also receive 50% of the capital gains.
2. How secure is my investment?
Your investment is fully asset-backed. Each $1070 share is secured by one-third of an acre of titled 99 years leased land in Uganda — meaning if anything ever goes wrong, your capital can be recovered directly from the land itself.
Our land value has already grown 2.5x in the past year, building a natural safety margin for every investor.
All operations are legally compliant, ensuring ethical, transparent, and interest-free business practices.
3. When and how do I receive my profits?
Investors benefit through two primary revenue streams:
- Annual Dividends: Profit distributions begin in 2028, calculated once per year. We follow a 50/50 split — the company retains 50% of the profit to cover the operational cost, and the remaining 50% is distributed to investors in proportion to their shares. In the early years, distributions may range between 5–15% of your investment annually. As our farms, resort chain, and rental portfolio mature into stronger cash-flow assets, we expect these returns to grow significantly.
- Capital Appreciation: At the project’s 2050 closing, investors will receive 50% of the total sale value of the company — land, resorts, real estate, and brand. Our farmland alone has already grown 2.5x in value over the past year, and we expect the long-term brand value of our three verticals (large-scale farming, halal resort chain, and real estate) to far exceed the value of the physical assets themselves.

5. Which payment methods do you accept?
To accommodate our global investors, we accept payments via Wise, International Bank Transfer, MTN Mobile Money (via TapTap Send), and Cryptocurrency.
6. Will I receive legal proof of my investment?
Yes. Once your payment is verified by our system, you can instantly download an official Share Certificate directly from your investor dashboard. This serves as your legal proof of ownership and equity.
If you’d like a notarized copy, our lawyer will notarize the legal documents for a one-time fee of $100 and send you a scanned copy — verifiable and legally valid in Uganda.
7. What happens to my share if I pass away?
Your investment is fully protected for your family. Within your investor dashboard, you can add nominee details — including their ID and bank account information — so that your shares and any future returns transfer smoothly to them in the event of your passing.
You can also list multiple nominees and specify exactly what portion each one should receive, ensuring your wishes are honored precisely.
8. What is the "2050 Project Closing"?
This is our long-term exit strategy. By 2050, the company will reach full maturity, and we plan to sell the entire project — either through full liquidation or a corporate acquisition. At that point, 50% of the total sale value will be distributed to investors in proportion to their shares.
Our farmland alone has already grown 2.5x in value over the past year. By 2050, we expect the combined brand value of our three verticals — large-scale farming, the halal resort chain, and real estate — to significantly exceed the value of the underlying physical assets, delivering a substantial return to long-term shareholders.
9. Can I visit the projects in Uganda?
Absolutely. We believe in total transparency, and we encourage every investor to see the projects firsthand. All registered investors can schedule a visit through our support team and stay at our farm in Soroti, Uganda — complimentary for 2 nights.
Once you’re on the ground, you’ll truly understand the scale of a 5,000-acre operation. Photos and videos can only show so much.
10. Can I use the land allocated to me?
Every share comes with one third of an acre land in our farm.
The land allocated to your shares acts as collateral — a safeguard that ensures your investment can be recovered if anything ever goes wrong. For that reason, the land itself cannot be used for personal housing, residence, or independent business activity.
The company manages all allocated land as part of unified operations — primarily for livestock farming and project infrastructure — which is what allows the portfolio to generate consistent returns and appreciation across the full 5,000 acres.
11. Can I track my assets online?
Yes. Our secure investor platform lets you log in anytime to manage your profile, view your share certificates, and track the progress of every project you’ve invested in.
We’re also rolling out a new feature that will show the exact piece of land allocated to your share on Google Maps, directly within the platform. Expected launch: end of June 2026.
12. What happens if Jahid (CEO) passes Away?
Jahid currently leads most key decisions as CEO, and his vision is central to the company’s early growth. To ensure long-term continuity beyond any single individual, he is actively building an independent Board of Directors that will share decision-making authority on behalf of the company.
The Board will be fully organized by the end of 2026, with the goal of making the company self-sufficient and resilient — so that the projects, returns, and investor commitments continue uninterrupted regardless of circumstances.
